The warranty covers any defects regarding the technical aspects of manufacturing and or materials involved. We offer 18K Gold Eternal Warranty for pure 18K Gold Wedding Rings.
For plated and silver wedding rings we offer a material warranty for 6 months upon receipt of the product.

The warranty is improper for damage caused by falls, misuse, accidents of any kind and contact with chemicals.

Exchange of the product regarding the size is allowed within 30 (thirty) days after the product receipt. Default part changes are allowed within 6 months of purchase date.

Exchanges are made after technical evaluation of the piece, performed by us within a maximum period of thirty (30) days, counted from the return of the jewelry to us. The presentation of the warranty certificate is required for the exchange to take place. The jewelry must be in perfect condition and free of use marks. The exchange can be made to the same product or another product of the same value, at the customer’s choice. If the customer wants to exchange for another product more expensive, it’s required for the customer to pay the difference value between the replaced product and the newly purchased one.

We work with US ring size standards, so we usually send the correct sizes, therefore if the error was caused by the customer by choosing the wrong size, the customer must bear the shipping shipping costs (shipping to us and our resending of the new product) where the shipping of the return of the product must be made directly at the nearest post office and our shipping resend of the new product have a fixed amount of $30.00, this amount must be paid via credit card by PayPal, and the customer must request the payment request by e-mail. mail: formosajewels@gmail.com

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

1- We work only with US ring size standard, it is imperative that the customer go to the nearest jewelry store and check the correct numbers desired according to US standard to make sure that they will be compatible with the correct international measurements and not send any object besides of the ring to be exchanged.

After confirming the desired size, we request the following information that should be sent to the email: formosajewels@gmail.com

2- Do not send the velvet box with the product, use only the plastic bags, fill out the Warranty Certificate stating the reason for the exchange, even if you have already informed via email or phone and send along with the rings. Send only the ring that needs adjustment, if both rings need to be adjusted, send the set.

3- For your safety;

-Go to the post office with the goods already packed and do not disclose the packaging contents.

4- It is essential that as soon as the posting is made, the customer sends us proof of posting along with proof of payment of $ 30.00 by email.

After review, we have 1-2 business days to send rings to the post office.

RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT

If you purchased the item online, you can return it to our Formosa Jewels store in Brazil.

Returns must include the original shipping item with the item. If you no longer have a shipping slip, please bring a copy of your shipping confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.

All products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging and with all specifications and accessories to ensure full credit.

The store associate will process your return. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment on your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional charges will not be refunded unless you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
